Our 2nd EQUIP Leadership conference in Syktyvkar has come and gone. This conference is part of the Million Leader Mandate, a global initiative by Dr. John Maxwell to train a million Christian leaders worldwide by 2008.?The conference was well attended and the feedback we received has been encouraging. The idea is that each leader present will in turn use the free workbooks provided to train others.
