Seems like a simple concept but for someone like me was very difficult to get through. I needed a slap in the face, frustration, and almost the verge of burnout before I realized the importance of this idea. I felt like my way of doing things was the only right way and only I could accomplish things right and efficiently. Once I took that step towards delegating I realize there are some awesome and gifted people out there who may exceed my gifts and talents.
I have a long way to go with this concept and will be a continuous process, but love seeing the growth and expansion when we can step outside that box we close ourselves into sometimes.
