John 14.12 (The Message)
The person who trusts me will not only do what I’m doing but even greater things, because I, on my way to the Father, am giving you the same work
to do that I’ve been doing.
You can count on it.

John 3.4 (pg 811)
What do you mean?” exclaimed Nicodemus.

Mark 10.21 (pg 771)
Looking at the man, Jesus felt genuine love for him. “There is still one thing you haven’t done,” He told him.

Matthew 14.29 (pg 746)
So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water  toward Jesus.

Elevate Church:
exists to help people take their _next_ _step_ toward God.

Of the 3 examples of people we looked at taking their next step, with which
do you relate to most in this season of your journey?

What does it mean to you that God “custom fits” each of our journeys?

In one sentence, express what your next step toward God might be.
How can Elevate help you take that next step?

Taking it further…                         read these verses; answer the
1 Corinthians 9.26        questions above and take this
1 Peter 2.21 to your eleven32 group this week

Sometimes we have a tendency to take a step and think that is it, that is all that we need to do to see greater things. I believe there is always going to be a next step. For me I know I had to take a huge risk to follow where God was taking our family, but needed to realize that the journey doesn’t stop with that one step. The good thing is that in Deuteronomy it says that God is watching EVERY step and we can be confident in taking every one of our steps along the journey because He will never leave us and never fail us.
