I would agree... yesterday was am amazing first Easter weekend at Elevate. The last 3 weeks at Elevate have been a great start to what God is up to here in Monroe.

This morning, I was reading in Nehemiah, just after the wall had been built. The people that were a part of this historic event were excited beyond words. In 12:43, he says, "many sacrifices were offered on that joyous day, for God had given the people cause for great joy." I think God has given Elevate cause for great joy in the last 3 weeks as we have seen Elevate Church take off. As we focus on people and changed lives, I don't think it will ever get old. Seeing God at work didn't get old for Nehemiah, although he had seen God at work many, many times throughout his whole story.

Had a great time with the little tikes in Elevate Kids yesterday. Sorry to have missed the Bleeding Love song from Ryan and Kristin but thoroughly enjoyed watching the video - great job Justin! I think I may be ready to watch Passion of the Christ again for a fresh perspective.
Oh, and I was thrilled about Addison sleeping in his big boy bed - I'm gonna try him again for a nap right now.
