Excited about our new series “Enlarging your heart” leading up to Christmas.

We’re taking the theme from How the Grinch Stole Christmas and talking about issues of the heart (speaking of stealing, I hijacked this idea from the folks at Journey Church in NYC). For the next 3 weeks Elevate Church will have open heart surgery as we look at bitterness, strife & greed for what they are: heart shrinkers – and we’ll explore ways we can combat the atrophy of spiritual cardiac muscle.

I’m looking forward to seeing what God’s Spirit is going to do IN us as we go through this teaching series. I think there will be “aha” moments for many of us, some preventative measures to put in place for others and even healing for some.
