week and we want to capture
all the moments we can.

We’re trying a new studio.
Our experiences with
the department store
ones have been less than
stellar let me tell you. This
studio offers tons more
poses, an inviting atmosphere
for families, and you get
your pictures in 15 minutes
not 15 days.

Despite the interrupted work schedule in a very busy week, I’m actually looking forward to the photo shoot – and more importantly the time spent with my family this afternoon.

I think it was best for me to start having kids later in life (I’ll be 33 – also next week). I was such a knucklehead when I was younger, that I don’t think I would have appreciated being a dad as much as I do now (although this may not be true for others).

One thing is certain no matter what age you are when having children, they change you. I am not the same since having Addison one year ago. I feel as if I’m a better man for having him as my boy and I’m sure that’s how God designed this parenting thing to work.
